Our Story

Happy Cooking! Happy Eating!

Me (Chin) and my mother (Choo), come form a long line of chefs, with me being a 5th generation, Malaysian Chinese chef. Its this wealth of knowledge that has seen our Youtube Channel "Ziangs Food Workshop" hit 138,000 followers, our Tiktok hit 65,000 followers and our cookbook selling over 11,000 copies world wide.

With this it just made sense to offer a new platform, the cookery school, a place where you can learn directly from us, rather than from pre recorded video. As of now, its only online, but we hope to be able to offer face to face tuition and classes too.
