Lo Mein is essentially chow mein, but with a little bit of sauce, Chow mein is always dry, if its say chow mein (wet) on a menu, it should technically be called Lo Mein. Ether way still tastes amazing. If you're like me and not a massive fan of prawns, you can just add another chicken tight instead and add 1/2 as much to the marinade, for example if it says add 1/2 tsp, half of that is 1/4 so you'd add 1/2 plus 1/4 quarter.
