I'm curious to know how hot the 'hot oil' sauce should be when it's added to the ribs.
E.g. Hot, warm, or cold?
The thought of oil at at anything like 200C going anywhere near my lips isn't going to happen, my best guess is probably either lukewarm or cold but it would be nice to know.
