How to run a takeaway business (5 day course)

This course is for any one who wants to add or run a full Chinese Takeaway menu.
 
This is a full day course 10am to 5pm stopping for lunch for 5 days.

everything on how to run a takeaway
where to order and what to order
How too cook most menu dishes
Logistics on how to orgainse your kitchen
 
By the end you should be able to run a takeaway, however we do know how much there is to learn and extra days can be purchased if you still feel you need more tuition.
 
All equipment will be provided, but if you have your own you'd like to use then by all means bring them along, however you will be responable for them (cleaning and safe keeping, we cannot hold resposablity for privatly owned items).
