How to run a takeaway business (full day)
This course is for any one who wants to add or run a limited Chinese Takeaway menu.
This is a full day course 10am to 5pm stopping for lunch.
You will learn;
- Fried Rice (most types)
- Chow Mein (most types)
- 5 most profitable dishes
- 2 sides
- Logistics of running the menu i.e. prep, hot holding, reheating.
All equipment will be provided, but if you have your own you'd like to use then by all means bring them along, however you will be responable for them (cleaning and safe keeping, we cannot hold resposablity for privatly owned items).
